Williams Amber LA135SS-HC - 1 Door Undercounter Storage Freezer 606mm 135L
Small venues that need a little frozen storage behind the counter, for ice cream, pastries or frozen garnish, will find the Williams Amber LA135SS-HC an easy fit: 606mm wide, 577mm deep, 135 litres and only 65 kg. It holds –18°C to –22°C on R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant, with a CoolSmart controller, a lockable self-closing door and two fixed shelves inside. The refrigeration vents through the front, so it can slide under a bar or counter with no side gap, and it plugs into a standard 10 amp outlet. It is the freezer twin of the HA135SS-HC fridge. Williams builds the Amber range in the UK.
Key features:

Good to know before you buy:
- Power: plugs into a standard 10 amp outlet and draws 1.3 A. No electrician needed.
- Where to use it: this is a compact, low-noise cabinet for bars, cafes and front-of-house spaces. For a hot commercial kitchen, choose the Aztra LAZ5UCSS-HC or an Opal freezer, which are rated for higher room temperatures.
- Access: 606mm wide, 577mm deep, 805mm high and 65 kg, delivered by tailgate truck to the front of your premises. It fits through any standard doorway; check the clear height under the counter.
- Airflow: front vented, so keep the front grille clear. No side or rear gap is needed when it is built in.
- Shelves: the freezer has two fixed shelves, unlike the fridge version's adjustable ones, so plan your containers around the fixed spacing.
Compare similar models:
- Williams HA135SS-HC: the same compact cabinet as a +1°C to +4°C fridge, with adjustable shelves
- Williams Aztra LAZ5UCSS-HC: 660mm one-door freezer, 131 litres, 1/1 GN compatible and rated for 43°C kitchens

- Williams Opal LO1USS / LO1RSS: Australian-made 927mm one-door freezer, 190 litres
