Yasaki HR-6 - 6L Food Processor, Variable Speed, Stainless Bowl
The Yasaki HR-6 is a compact 6 litre commercial food processor for cafes and small kitchens that chop, mince and blend in modest batches. It has variable speed, an 1800W motor, a stainless steel bowl that locks in place and a stainless steel blade assembly. The see-through lid lets you watch from start to finish and add ingredients as it runs. It is the smallest of the three HR models, with the same motor as the 9 litre HR-9.

The HR-6 has variable speed, an 1800W motor and a 10 A plug. The BC-5V2 has two set speeds (1500 and 2800 rpm) plus pulse, a 1500W motor and a 15 A plug.
