About Brenner
Brenner is FED's commercial cooking range for restaurants, hotels, cafés and takeaways. It comes in three lines: Volt induction equipment, the Forge 800 Series gas line, and Ember charcoal grill ovens. The Volt and Forge 800 Series units share an 800mm depth, so cooktops, griddles, char grills and fryers line up flush along a cooking line.

Brenner FAQs
Should I choose induction or gas?
Induction heats the pan directly, so it is fast, easy to control and puts far less heat into the kitchen. It needs a three-phase power supply and induction-compatible pans. Gas suits kitchens that already have a gas line and cooks with any cookware.
Do Forge 800 Series gas units come in LPG?
Yes. Every Forge 800 Series gas unit comes in natural gas or LPG at the same price. Choose your gas type on the product page. Gas equipment must be installed by a licensed gas fitter.
Do Volt induction units need three-phase power?
Yes. Volt induction cooktops, ranges, griddles and fryers run on a 415V three-phase supply and must be connected by a licensed electrician.
Do you deliver Brenner Australia-wide?
Yes. We deliver to every state by tailgate truck.
