Baker Max HX-1E - Electric Conveyor Pizza Oven, 16 Pizzas per Hour, Single Phase
For pizzerias and takeaways without three-phase power, the Baker Max HX-1E is a benchtop electric conveyor oven that bakes about sixteen 30 cm pizzas an hour on single-phase 240V. Simple mechanical knobs set the heat and belt speed, the fan-cooled exterior stays safe to touch, and the oven can be stacked when you need more capacity. It is the single-phase twin of the HX-1/3NE, with the same 358 mm belt, but it draws 28 A.
Key features:
- Output of about 16 pizzas per hour at 300 mm diameter
- Conveyor belt 1080 mm overall x 358 mm wide, with 60 mm tunnel clearance
- Variable belt speed with simple mechanical knobs
- One switch changes the belt direction
- Safe-to-touch, fan-cooled exterior
- Economical to run
- Stackable, and sits on a bench

- Power: at 28 A it cannot run from a standard 10 A or 15 A power point. It needs a dedicated single-phase circuit, connected by a licensed electrician. We supply the equipment only.
- Bench space: allow 1510 mm of bench length for the oven and belt, plus room at each end to load and collect pizzas.
- Access: it arrives packed at about 1230 x 710 x 500 mm and weighs 50 kg, delivered by tailgate truck to the front of your premises.
Compare similar models:
- Baker Max HX-1/3NE: the same oven for 415V three-phase, 8 A
- Baker Max HX-14EP: smaller 14 inch belt oven on a 15 A plug
- Baker Max HX-2E: large 505 mm belt, about 20 x 46 cm pizzas per hour, three-phase
- Baker Max EP-1-SDE: Black Panther double deck stone oven, 12 x 30 cm pizzas at once
Common questions:
Can I stack two HX-1E ovens?
Yes. FED lists the HX-1E as stackable, which doubles output in the same bench space. Each oven needs its own 28 A supply.
Does it need three-phase power?
No. It runs on single-phase 240V, but on a 28 A circuit. If you have three-phase, look at the HX-1/3NE.
Do you install it?
We supply the equipment only. It must be connected by a licensed electrician in your area.
