When the lunch rush calls for more plate area, the Benchstar GH-819 gives you a 496 x 381mm cast aluminium cooking surface, rated by FED at 12 slices per batch, for sandwiches, burgers, paninis and breakfast items. Digital controls set the temperature from 50°C to 300°C, and the hinged floating top plate cooks delicate food without excess pressure. Even with the bigger plates it still runs on a single standard 10 A plug, and it is 80mm wider than its sister model, the 9 slice GH-816.

Common questions:

Does it need a 15 A outlet?
No. FED rates it at 2375 W on a 10 A plug, so a standard 240V 10 A power point is enough.

Which non-stick sheets suit it?
The GH-819 takes its own size of sheets: a 465 x 305mm top sheet and a 478 x 550mm bottom sheet. Ask us for a price.

Is it good for paninis and burgers?
Yes. FED designed the GH grill series for sandwiches, burgers, paninis and breakfast items, with a large surface for cooking several items at once.
