The Brenner Volt 800 Series BREE8-400IC is a compact 2 zone freestanding induction cooktop for commercial kitchens, cafés and restaurants. Induction heats the pan directly, so it is fast and puts far less heat into the kitchen than gas. It sits on an open undershelf for pans and stock, lines up with the rest of the Brenner 800 Series and runs on a 415V three-phase supply.
