The Dihr LP1 400 PLUS is a wide-body hood type pot and utensil washer, ideal for bakeries, patisseries and kitchens that wash 600 x 400mm trays, pans and utensils alongside plates. It takes a special 500 x 600mm stainless steel basket as well as standard 500 x 500mm racks, with 400mm of height under the hood. The PLUS rinse pump keeps rinse temperature and pressure constant, and its 9 kW boiler gives up to 35 racks an hour even on cold water.

Good to know before you buy:

• Power: 10.49 kW on 400V three phase. It must be connected by a licensed electrician. We supply the equipment only.
• Water and drain: connection by a licensed plumber. Dihr specifies water hardness of 2–8 °F, so ask your plumber whether your site needs a softener.
• Height: allow 1915mm of clearance for the hood to open.

Common questions:

Will it take bakery trays?
Yes. The wide body is designed for 600 x 400mm trays and takes a special 500 x 600mm stainless steel basket, which a standard hood type dishwasher can't.

What does PLUS mean?
PLUS models have a rinse pump that holds rinse temperature and pressure constant, so results don't depend on your mains water pressure.

Do you install it?
We supply the equipment only. It must be connected by a licensed electrician and a licensed plumber in your area.
