The Dihr LP1 S8 PLUS is a front loading upright pot and utensil washer for restaurants, hotels and production kitchens that wash large pots, GN pans, trays and utensils all day. Its 550 x 665mm rack takes items up to 805mm high, and a 5 inch TFT touch display gives you five cycles from 2 to 10 minutes. It is the most compact model in the LP S PLUS range at 690mm wide; the LP1 S8 HR PLUS is the same size with a heat recovery system added.

Good to know before you buy:

• Power: 8 kW on 400V three phase. It must be connected by a licensed electrician. We supply the equipment only.
• Water and drain: connection by a licensed plumber. Dihr specifies water hardness of 2–8 °F, so ask your plumber about a softener. The Dihr spec sheet lists the drain pump as optional, so ask us if your drain point is above floor level.
• Space: allow 2275mm of height for the door to open, and room in front to load the basket.
• Access: at 155 kg and 1890mm tall it is a big delivery, made by tailgate truck to the front of your premises. Check doorways and plan how you will move it inside.

What fits inside?
The rack is 550 x 665mm with 805mm of height, enough for tall stock pots, GN pans and baking trays standing upright.

Does it need hot water?
No, but hot water helps. Dihr rates it at 30 racks per hour on the 2 minute cycle with 55°C water, or 16 with 10°C water. Longer cycles give the same output either way.

Do you install it?
We supply the equipment only. It must be connected by a licensed electrician and a licensed plumber in your area.
