The Dihr LP4 S8 PLUS is the largest pot and utensil washer in the Dihr LP range, built for hotels, hospitals, central production kitchens and bakeries that wash large volumes of trays, racks, pots and containers. Its 1350 x 725mm rack takes items up to 820mm high, and two 2900 W wash pumps drive the independent stainless steel wash arms. Compared with the LP3 S PLUS, it offers a rack about 500mm wider and 175mm more tray height, in a 1490mm wide body.

Good to know before you buy:

• Access: this is a 340 kg machine, 1490mm wide and 1970mm tall. It is delivered by tailgate truck to the front of your premises, and moving it inside will need suitable equipment and wide enough access. Check doorways, corridors and floor loading first.
• Power: 14.8 kW on 400V three phase. It must be connected by a licensed electrician. We supply the equipment only.
• Water and drain: connection by a licensed plumber. Dihr specifies water hardness of 2–8 °F, so ask your plumber about a softener.
• Height: allow 2295mm for the door to open fully.

Anything that fits a 1350 x 725mm rack and 820mm of height: bakery trays and racks, large pots, GN pans, containers and utensils.

Dihr rates it at the same racks per hour on 10°C water as on 55°C water.

We supply the equipment only. It must be connected by a licensed electrician and a licensed plumber in your area.
