The Everlasting Meatico Panorama DAE1502 is the showpiece of the range: a 1500mm wide, two door dry age cabinet with glass at the front and the back, so diners or customers can see the meat from either side. It holds up to 300kg at 0°C to +10°C with humidity from 40% to 90%, with LED lighting, a UV light, self-closing doors and a key lock. Like the DAE1501, it needs no water connection; the difference is the glass back and a slightly shallower 815mm depth. Made in Italy in black glazed stainless steel.

Good to know before you buy:

• Placement: with glass on both sides, it works best where it can be seen from front and back. It is rated for a 32°C ambient, so keep it away from heat sources.
• Access: packed at 1540 x 880 x 2235mm and 323 kg. It is delivered by tailgate truck to the front of your premises, and standard delivery doesn't include bringing it inside, up stairs or unpacking, so arrange lifting equipment and check doorways.
• Power: runs on 240V power, rated at 1.7 kW. No water connection is needed.
• Not included: the bottom cover plate is not included.

Common questions:

How is it different from the DAE1501?
Both hold 300kg with two glass doors. The DAE1502 Panorama also has glass at the back for display from both sides, and is 815mm deep against 850mm.

Does it need a water supply?
No. ICE lists no need for a water connection.

Can it be locked?
Yes, a key and lock are standard.
