The FED Thermaster MA400 is a 400 litre dry ageing cabinet in black stainless steel with a UV-proof tempered glass door. It controls humidity between 60% and 90%, uses UVC sterilisation and an activated carbon filter, and comes with a salt brick, tray, shelf, hook and hanger. FED recommends a 4 to 6 week maturing period.
