The Fagor CP-E905 is a 400mm electric pasta and noodle cooker for the heavy-duty Kore 900 line, with a 40 litre GN 1/1 well and three GN 1/3 baskets supplied. It suits hotels, restaurants and institutional kitchens running a 930mm deep cooking suite, and has a front drainer to rest baskets on as they come out. It offers the same 40 litre capacity as the Kore 700 CP-E7140, on the deeper Kore 900 chassis with a thicker 2mm top; the CP-G905 is its gas equivalent.

• 40 litre GN 1/1 well in 1.5mm AISI-316L stainless steel, built into the top
• Three GN 1/3 cooking baskets supplied; the well takes other basket configurations
• AISI-304 stainless steel elements in the bottom of the well heat the water directly

• Two-speed water fill (medium and high) through an electrovalve

Good to know before you buy:

• Power: 12 kW on 415V three-phase, to be connected by a licensed electrician.
• Water and drain: it fills from a water supply at 200–400 kPa and drains through a ball valve. Water connection by a licensed plumber. We supply the equipment only.
• Access: packed at 440 x 1022 x 1255 mm and 70 kg, delivered by tailgate truck to the front of your premises.

Common questions:

Is it only for pasta?
No. FED lists it as a pasta and noodle cooker, and the well takes different basket sizes and layouts to suit what you're cooking.

How many baskets come with it?
Three GN 1/3 cooking baskets. The well can take other basket sizes and layouts. Ask us about extras.

Do you install it?
We supply the equipment only. It must be connected by a licensed electrician, with the water connected by a licensed plumber.
