The Fagor CPW-061ERLWS is a 6 tray boiler combi oven from the iKore Concept PureSteam range. Steam is made in a dedicated boiler rather than injected into the cabinet, which suits kitchens that steam a lot: vegetables, seafood, banquet plates and regeneration. Controls are kept simple with a 2.8 inch screen and rotary knob, 100 tested recipes and automatic liquid washing. It sits between the direct-steam CW-061ERSWS and the touchscreen APW-061ERLWS, and carries FED's 2 + 2 year warranty when registered.

Good to know before you buy:

• Water filter: FED states the warranty is void if the correct type of water filtration system is not installed and in use. Ask us about Fagor combi water filter kits.
• Water and drain: water and drain connections must be made by a licensed plumber.

• What's not included: pans and trays. A stand (SH-11-B-E-IKORE) and condensing hood (EXH-061-101) are optional extras.
