Fagor CW-061ERSWS - iKore Concept 6 Tray GN 1/1 Electric Combi Oven
The Fagor CW-061ERSWS is a 6 tray GN 1/1 electric combi oven from the iKore Concept range, generating steam with direct steam injection. It steams, roasts, bakes and combines both from low-temperature steam up to 300°C, with iClima humidity control, a multi-point core probe and an automatic washing system to finish the day.
