The Fagor SB-E910IM is a 90 litre electric tilting bratt pan from the Kore 900 Series, 800mm wide and 930mm deep. Use it to sear, braise, stew, shallow fry and boil in volume, then tilt the pan (motorised) right up to vertical to empty it. It has a 10mm thick stainless steel pan base, thermostat control from 50 to 310°C, a water fill valve and a switch that cuts the heat when the pan is raised.
