The Fagor SB-G910IM is a 90 litre gas tilting bratt pan from the Kore 900 Series, 800mm wide and 930mm deep. Use it to sear, braise, stew, shallow fry and boil in volume, then tilt the pan (motorised) right up to vertical to empty it. It has a 10mm thick stainless steel pan base, thermostat control from 50 to 310°C, a water fill valve and a switch that cuts the heat when the pan is raised. Supplied for natural gas, with LPG available on request.

• Pan is designed with rounded corners and no edges, and with a wide opening for unloading, making all cooking and cleaning operations easier

• The bottom of the well is very thick (10 mm stainless steel), guaranteeing even heat distribution
• Pans filled with water by means of an electric valve operated with a switch on the front of the machine. The filling pipe is located at the back of the machine
• Double-walled lid with drainer at the back to redirect water of condensation back into the well
• Lid balance system by springs. Compensation system to avoid heavy falls. Can be regulated, with the same system for all modules
• Micro breaking switch halts heating when the pan is raised
• High-temperature enamelled cast iron flue protector
