The Fagor SB-G915IM is the largest gas bratt pan in the Kore 900 Series, with a 120 litre pan in a 1200mm wide module and 90 MJ/h of burner power. It suits production kitchens, function centres and caterers that cook curries, stews, sauces and seared meats by the tray-load. A motorised lift raises the pan until it is vertical for complete emptying, and you can order it for Natural Gas or LPG at the same price. For less volume, the SB-G910IM offers 90 litres in an 800mm module.

Good to know before you buy:

• Gas type: choose Natural Gas or LPG when you order (same price), and make sure it matches your gas supply.
• Installation: gas appliances must be installed by a licensed gas fitter, to local regulations and under suitable ventilation or an exhaust canopy. We supply the equipment only.
• Gas supply: at 90 MJ/h, ask your gas fitter to check your meter and pipework can supply it alongside your other gas equipment.
• Water and power: the fill valve needs a water connection by a licensed plumber, plus a 240V, 10 A power supply.
• Access: it weighs 228 kg and is 1240mm long when packed. Check doorways and corners, as delivery is by tailgate truck to the front of your premises.

How do I fill it with water?
It has an electric fill valve operated by a switch on the front. The water pipe connects at the back of the machine.

Do you install it?
We supply the equipment only. It must be connected by a licensed gas fitter, with the water connected by a licensed plumber.
