The Fagor SB-E910IM is a 90 litre electric tilting bratt pan for kitchens that sear, braise, stew, shallow fry and boil in volume, such as hotels, clubs, aged care and catering kitchens. Its stainless steel pan has a 10mm thick base heated by shielded elements, with thermostat control from 50°C to 310°C, and a motorised lift that tips the pan right up to empty it. At 800mm wide it is the compact electric model; the SB-E915IM gives you 120 litres in a 1200mm module.

Good to know before you buy:

• Power: it needs 415V three-phase power (15 kW) and must be connected by a licensed electrician. We supply the equipment only.
• Water: the fill valve needs a water connection, which should be done by a licensed plumber.
• Access: close to 200 kg, packed about 1255mm high. Check your doorways and how you will move it inside. It is delivered by tailgate truck to the front of your premises.
