The Lainox Sapiens SAE201B is a floor-standing 20 x 1/1 GN combi oven loaded with a roll-in trolley, giving production kitchens, hotels and caterers 90 kg of capacity per load. It keeps the controls simple: a scroll-and-push knob, LED display and colour screen with 95 stored programmes. It is the same size and power as the Naboo NAE201B, and the 1/1 GN sister of the larger SAE202B.

Good to know before you buy:

• Access: packed at 2040mm tall and 316 kg, it is delivered by tailgate truck to the front of your premises. Standard delivery doesn't include moving it inside, up stairs or unpacking, so plan the route and lifting equipment.
• Power: 37.2 kW at 58 A on three-phase 400 V, with a type B RCD specified. A licensed electrician must connect it. We supply the equipment only.
• Water / drain: a licensed plumber must connect the water supply and the 50mm drain.
• Clearances: Lainox asks for 50mm at the left and rear, and 500mm on the right-hand side.

Is the trolley included?
Yes. One roll-in trolley for 20 x 1/1 GN comes as standard. Extra trolleys are available. Ask us for a price.

Can I get wider spacing for taller food?
Lainox offers a 15 x 1/1 GN trolley with 83mm spacing (NKS201S), and a 15 x 600 x 400mm bakery trolley (NKS154), as options to request when ordering.

Do you install it?
We supply the equipment only. It must be connected by a licensed electrician and a licensed plumber in your area.
