The Norris Madison IM1000R is the largest Madison pot washer fitted with a steam condenser (heat recovery) unit, for big, busy kitchens that want to cut steam and condensation. It takes the same 1320 x 700mm basket through an 850mm high door opening as the IM1000, with a half load function for smaller washes. Compared with the IM1000 it uses less water (6 litres per rack instead of 8), adds the condenser and stands taller at 2187–2217mm.

Good to know before you buy:

• Height: check your ceiling against Norris's service height of 2480–2510mm. At over 2.1 m tall on its legs, also check doorway heights on the way in.
• Power: it needs a heavy three-phase supply (32 A per phase) and must be connected by a licensed electrician. We supply the equipment only.
• Water and drain: connection by a licensed plumber, who should follow the Norris installation instructions for the condenser.
• Tray inserts: Norris sells tray inserts separately. Ask us if you need them.

Common questions:

IM1000 or IM1000R?
Both take the same 1320 x 700mm basket. The IM1000R adds a steam condenser to reduce steam and condensation and uses 6 litres per rack instead of 8, but it is taller.

Are tray inserts included?
No. It comes with a 1320 x 700mm steel basket; tray inserts are sold separately.

Do you install it?
We supply the equipment only. It must be connected by a licensed electrician and a licensed plumber in your area.
