The Norris Madison IM85R is the middleweight Madison pot washer with a steam condenser (heat recovery) unit, capturing steam and condensation to make the kitchen more comfortable to work in. It keeps the square 700 x 700mm basket, 850mm door opening and 820mm usable wash height of the IM85, while cutting water use to 4 litres per rack. Against the standard IM85 it adds the condenser and an 8 kW wash element, needs a 25 amp per phase supply and stands taller at 2187–2217mm.

Good to know before you buy:

• Height: check your ceiling against Norris's service height of 2480–2570mm. This is a tall machine.
• Power: it needs a three-phase supply (25 A per phase) and must be connected by a licensed electrician. We supply the equipment only.
• Water and drain: connection by a licensed plumber, who should follow the Norris installation instructions for the condenser.
• Access: delivered by tailgate truck to the front of your premises. At over 2.1 m tall, check doorway heights and the route into your kitchen.

Common questions:

IM85 or IM85R?
Both wash the same 700 x 700mm basket. The IM85R adds a steam condenser to reduce steam and condensation, uses 4 litres per rack instead of 5, and needs more height and a 25 A per phase supply.

Will it fit through my door?
The machine is 853mm wide, 857mm deep and 2187–2217mm tall on its legs. Check your doorways and any low ceilings on the way in.

Do you install it?
We supply the equipment only. It must be connected by a licensed electrician and a licensed plumber in your area.
