The Norris Madison IM85 is the middleweight of the Italian-made Madison pot washer range, built for busy restaurant kitchens that wash large or awkwardly shaped pots, pans and trays. Its square 700 x 700mm basket sits behind an 850mm door opening, with 820mm of usable wash height and a powerful 3000 W wash pump. It steps up from the compact IM65 (550 x 610mm basket) while staying much narrower than the IM1000, at 855mm wide.

Good to know before you buy:

• Height: allow up to 2280mm for the hood to open, plus about 1.4 m of depth in front with the door open.
• Power: it needs a three-phase supply (20 A per phase) and must be connected by a licensed electrician. We supply the equipment only.
• Water and drain: it connects to hot water and drains by gravity, connected by a licensed plumber.
• Access: an 855mm wide, nearly 2 m tall machine, delivered by tailgate truck to the front of your premises. Check doorways and the route into your kitchen.

Will my largest stock pot fit?
The basket is 700 x 700mm with 820mm of usable height behind an 850mm door opening. Measure your largest pot against those figures.

Can I choose short cycles for light loads?
Yes. There are 2, 4, 6 and 12 minute cycles, so quick loads turn around fast and heavy soiling gets a longer wash.

Do you install it?
We supply the equipment only. It must be connected by a licensed electrician and a licensed plumber in your area.
