The SU-750BC DD is a pot and utensil washer with a 780 x 700 mm basket and 820 mm of load height, built for big pots, trays and wares. Sammic recommends it for restaurants, bakeries, patisseries, ice-cream shops and butchers. It washes at high pressure, holds the rinse at a constant temperature, and runs on a 3-phase supply. The Sammic cutlery polishers below do a different job: they dry and polish cutlery after it has been washed.

Good to know before you buy:

• Power: needs a 3-phase 400 V supply, connected by a licensed electrician. No plug is supplied.
• Water: needs a water connection and drain, connected by a licensed plumber.
• Delivery: delivered by tailgate truck to the front of your premises. Check doorways for the 960 x 1060 x 2100 mm crate, about 228 kg, and plan how it will be moved into place.
• Installation: must be connected by a licensed electrician and plumber. We supply the equipment only.

Common questions:

How much room does it need?
Allow for the door: the machine is 932 mm deep and 2015 mm high closed, but 1400 mm deep and 2300 mm high with the door open. Check ceiling height and any shelving above.

Can it run on a cold water feed?
Sammic rates the feed water at 10 to 60°C, so it can take a cold or hot water connection. The boiler then heats the rinse water to 70 to 87°C.
