Spidocook SPE-SP300 - Spidoflat Glass Ceramic Electric Griddle, 560 x 440mm, Hard-Wired
The SPE-SP300 doubles the Spidoflat cooking area to 560 x 440mm, giving you a wide glass-ceramic griddle for busy breakfast trade, grilled fish, meats, eggs, bread and vegetables in volume. It runs at 5kW and up to 400°C, with heat spread evenly across the whole plate. Unlike the plug-in SPE-SP200, it comes with no power cord or plug and draws 25 amps, so it must be wired in by a licensed electrician on a single-phase or three-phase supply. At 693mm wide and 17 kg, it is still compact enough for a benchtop.
Key features:
- Large 560 x 440mm glass-ceramic cooking surface, twice the width of the SPE-SP200
- Up to 400°C with infrared heating for quick heat-up
- Even heat over the entire plate for full use of the surface
- Simostat energy regulator for finer temperature control than a thermostat
- Non-stick, non-porous glass ceramic: no food residue, less smoke, no taste transfer
- Removable steel drawer and grease collection tray
- Can be connected to single-phase or three-phase power
- Made in Italy

- Bench space: it needs 693 x 654mm of bench, so check depth as well as width.
