Good to know before you buy:
- Working height: Turbo Air's product page lists 585 mm high and its price list 595 mm. Allow for the taller figure when you work out the finished height with your cooking equipment on top.
- Equipment on top: the information we have from Turbo Air does not give a maximum load for the top. Ask us for the spec sheet before you place heavy equipment on it.
- Power: Turbo Air rates it at 325 W. Ask us to confirm the plug and supply before you order.
- Access: 1200 mm long and 700 mm deep. It is delivered by tailgate truck to the front of your premises; standard delivery does not include bringing it inside or unpacking.

Are GN pans included?
No. The two drawers take up to 4 x 1/1 GN pans, 150 mm deep, which you supply. Ask us if you need pans.
Should I choose 2 drawers or 4?
The TCB12-2-N and TCB12-4-N are listed with the same 62 litres and the same maximum of 4 x 1/1 GN pans. Two drawers give you fewer, larger compartments; four drawers let you separate more ingredients.
Can I put cooking equipment on top?
