Six drawers make the Turbo Air TCB18-6-N the most finely divided chef base in the TCB range. It has the same 1800 mm width, 124 litres and 8 x 1/1 GN pan maximum as the four-drawer TCB18-4-N, but spreads that space over six drawers, so a cook working a long line can keep sauces, proteins, garnishes and prepped vegetables in separate drawers under the cooking equipment. It runs on R290 refrigerant with digital control, and Turbo Air quotes 3.27 kWh per 24 hours.

Good to know before you buy:
- Height: Turbo Air gives 585 mm on its product page and 595 mm in its price list. Plan the finished height with your equipment on top using 595 mm.
- Equipment on top: the Turbo Air information we hold does not state a maximum load for the top. Ask us for the spec sheet to check it against your appliances.
- Access: 1800 mm long and 700 mm deep. Delivery is by tailgate truck to the front of your premises and does not include bringing it inside or unpacking, so check doorways first.

Why choose 6 drawers over 4?
Capacity and width are the same as the TCB18-4-N. Six drawers give you more separate compartments, which helps when a station uses lots of different ingredients.
Does it need a drain?
Turbo Air lists a drain water evaporation system for this model. Its condensate system is designed to remove the need for an extra drain.
Do you install it?
We supply the equipment only. Ask us to confirm the plug and supply before delivery, and if you need a new power point, have it fitted by a licensed electrician.
