Turbo Air TCB18-4-N - 4 Drawer Chef Base Fridge 1800mm 124L
For a long cooking line, the Turbo Air TCB18-4-N gives you 1800 mm of chef base with 124 litres of refrigerated storage in 4 drawers. It takes up to 8 x 1/1 GN pans 150 mm deep, twice the pan capacity of the 1200 mm models, so a busy grill station can keep a full shift of ingredients under the cooking equipment. Four drawers mean each one is roomier than on the six-drawer TCB18-6-N, which has the same width and capacity. It runs on R290 and Turbo Air quotes 3.27 kWh per 24 hours.

Common questions:
Should I choose 4 drawers or 6?
The TCB18-4-N and TCB18-6-N are both 1800 mm with 124 litres and a maximum of 8 x 1/1 GN pans. Four drawers give you larger compartments; six give you more ways to keep ingredients apart.
How much electricity does it use?
Turbo Air quotes 3.27 kWh per 24 hours, which is about 1194 kWh a year. Multiply that by your electricity rate to estimate what it will add to your bill.
Are pans included?
No. It takes up to 8 x 1/1 GN pans, 150 mm deep, which are sold separately. Ask us for pans to suit.
