The Williams Glass Chiller GC15UGDSL combines the 500 x 500mm basket size of the GC15 with a spring-loaded lift, so a stack of three washer racks rises to the top of the cabinet as the glasses come out. Designed and built in Australia for bars that pour in volume, it holds +1°C to +4°C in rooms up to 40°C and plugs into a 10 amp outlet. The GC15UGD is the shelf-loading version of this cabinet, the GC1UGDSL is the spring-loaded model for smaller 355mm baskets, and the GC15RGDSL is the remote cabinet for venues with a central condensing unit.

Good to know before you buy:

• Access: 1166mm wide, 649mm deep, 845mm high on castors and 100 kg for the self-contained unit. Delivered by tailgate truck to the front of your premises; check the path to the bar.
• Power: standard 10 amp power point, 2 m cable.
• Baskets: not included. The spring cage takes 500 x 500mm baskets, the same size as most 500mm glasswasher racks.
• Remote version: the GC15RGDSL comes without a condensing unit. It is fitted with the evaporator, TX valve, controller, plug, junction box and condensate drain. Your refrigeration mechanic supplies and installs a condensing unit for 570 W at -5°C SST on R448A, plus pipework and controls (no solenoids supplied). We supply the equipment only.

Common questions:

Why choose spring loading?
With a spring-loaded cage, the baskets underneath rise as the top one is taken, so staff always lift glasses from the top of the cabinet instead of reaching down to the bottom shelf. On a busy bar that saves time and bending.

Can I run it on legs instead of castors?
Yes. It comes on 120mm castors, and 150mm adjustable legs are supplied loose inside the cabinet for optional leg mounting.

Do you install it?
We supply the equipment only. The self-contained GC15UGDSL plugs into a 10 amp outlet. The remote GC15RGDSL must be connected to a condensing unit by a licensed refrigeration mechanic in your area.

Warranty: Williams 24-month parts and labour warranty on the self-contained GC15UGDSL, from the date of invoice, carried out by Williams authorised service agents on the Australian mainland. The remote GC15RGDSL carries 12 months parts only. Warranty repairs must be logged with Williams first.
