Two doors and six baskets of cold glasses: the Williams Glass Chiller GC2UGD is the two-door shelf-loading model in Williams' Australian-designed and built Glass Chiller range, for bars that go through glasses faster than a single-door unit can chill them. Each door takes three standard baskets on two plastic-coated shelves. It holds +1°C to +4°C in rooms up to 40°C and runs from a 10 amp outlet. The GC2UGDSL is the spring-loaded version, the GC25UGD takes 500 x 500mm baskets, and the GC2RGD is the remote cabinet for venues with a central condensing unit.

Good to know before you buy:
- Access: the self-contained unit is 1727mm long, 600mm deep, 845mm high on castors and weighs 140 kg, so plan a two-person move. It is delivered by tailgate truck to the front of your premises.
- Power: plugs into a standard 10 amp power point, 2 m cable.
- Baskets: not included. Standard 355 x 355mm or 355 x 431mm baskets fit, three per door.
- Remote version: the GC2RGD is supplied without a condensing unit. It is fitted with the evaporator, TX valve, controller, plug, junction box and condensate drain, and needs a condensing unit sized for 750 W at -5°C SST on R448A. Your refrigeration mechanic supplies and installs the unit, pipework and controls (solenoids not supplied). Williams can advise on sizing. We supply the equipment only.
- What it is for: chilling glassware. It is not designed as a food storage fridge.

How many glasses does it hold?
Williams rates it at three baskets per door, six in total, based on 150mm high glasses. The number of glasses depends on the basket you use, since baskets are not included.
Does the two-door model need more power than the one-door?
Only a little. The GC2UGD draws 4.0 A against 3.6 A for the one-door GC1UGD, and both plug into a standard 10 amp outlet.
Do you install it?
We supply the equipment only. The self-contained GC2UGD plugs into a 10 amp outlet. The remote GC2RGD must be connected to a condensing unit by a licensed refrigeration mechanic in your area.

Warranty: Williams 24-month parts and labour warranty on the self-contained GC2UGD, from the date of invoice, carried out by Williams authorised service agents on the Australian mainland. The remote GC2RGD carries 12 months parts only. Warranty repairs must be logged with Williams first.
