For the biggest, busiest bars, the Williams Glass Chiller GC25UGDSL puts two spring-loaded stacks of 500 x 500mm glasswasher racks behind two doors in a 2017mm cabinet, so a full rack of cold glasses is always rising to the top on each side. Designed and built in Australia, it holds +1°C to +4°C in rooms up to 40°C and plugs into a 10 amp outlet. The GC25UGD is the shelf-loading version of this cabinet, the GC2UGDSL is the spring-loaded two-door model for smaller 355mm baskets, and the GC25RGDSL is the remote cabinet for venues with a central condensing unit.

Good to know before you buy:
- Access: 2017mm long, 649mm deep, 845mm high on castors and 140 kg for the self-contained unit. Delivered by tailgate truck to the front of your premises; check that a 2 m cabinet fits through your doorways and have two people to move it.
- Power: standard 10 amp power point, 2 m cable.
- Baskets: not included. Each cage takes three 500 x 500mm baskets, the same size as most 500mm glasswasher racks.
- Remote version: the GC25RGDSL comes without a condensing unit. It is fitted with the evaporator, TX valve, controller, plug, junction box and condensate drain. Your refrigeration mechanic supplies and installs a condensing unit for 750 W at -5°C SST on R448A, plus pipework and controls (no solenoids supplied). Williams can advise on sizing. We supply the equipment only.

Is it noticeably bigger than the GC2UGDSL?
Yes. To take 500 x 500mm baskets it is 2017mm wide and 649mm deep, against 1727mm and 600mm for the GC2UGDSL, so measure the space under your bar before choosing between them.
Can I close it up overnight?
Williams lists a polycarbonate night lid among the Glass Chiller's features, so the cabinet can be closed down after service.
Do you install it?
We supply the equipment only. The self-contained GC25UGDSL plugs into a 10 amp outlet. The remote GC25RGDSL must be connected to a condensing unit by a licensed refrigeration mechanic in your area.

Warranty: Williams 24-month parts and labour warranty on the self-contained GC25UGDSL, from the date of invoice, carried out by Williams authorised service agents on the Australian mainland. The remote GC25RGDSL carries 12 months parts only. Warranty repairs must be logged with Williams first.
