The Dihr LP2 S PLUS is a front loading pot and utensil washer with a square 700 x 700mm rack, sized for busy restaurant, hotel and catering kitchens that wash wide pots, roasting trays and GN pans in bulk. Two 1750 W wash pumps and a 78 litre wash tank give it plenty of cleaning power, and you choose from four cycles of 3 to 12 minutes on a 5 inch TFT touch display. It is wider than the LP1 S8 PLUS (840mm versus 690mm), with a bigger rack but a lower 645mm tray height.

Good to know before you buy:

• Power: 12.5 kW on 400V three phase. It must be connected by a licensed electrician. We supply the equipment only.
• Water and drain: connection by a licensed plumber. Dihr specifies water hardness of 2–8 °F, so ask your plumber about a softener.
• Access: the machine is 840mm wide, 885mm deep and 1790mm tall. It is delivered by tailgate truck to the front of your premises, so check doorways and plan how you will move it inside.
• Space: leave room in front for the door to open and for loading the large rack.

Common questions:

Do I need hot water?
Not for output. Dihr rates the LP2 S PLUS at the same racks per hour on a 10°C supply as on a 55°C supply.

Is the 700 x 700mm rack right for me?
It suits wide, low items such as roasting trays, large pans and GN pans. If you mainly wash tall stock pots, the LP1 S8 PLUS gives you 805mm of height.

We supply the equipment only. It must be connected by a licensed electrician and a licensed plumber in your area.
