The Dihr LP3 S PLUS is a large front loading pot and utensil washer with an 850 x 725mm rack, built for hotels, institutions and high-volume kitchens washing big roasting trays, baking sheets and pans. Two 2180 W wash pumps power through heavy soil, and four cycles of 3 to 12 minutes are set from a 5 inch TFT touch display. It sits between the LP2 S PLUS (700 x 700mm rack) and the LP4 S8 PLUS (1350 x 725mm rack), at 990mm wide.

Good to know before you buy:

• Power: 13.36 kW on 400V three phase. It must be connected by a licensed electrician. We supply the equipment only.
• Water and drain: connection by a licensed plumber. Dihr specifies water hardness of 2–8 °F, so ask your plumber about a softener.
• Access: at 990mm wide, 885mm deep and 1790mm tall, check your doorways and corridors. It is delivered by tailgate truck to the front of your premises; bringing it inside is not included.
• Space: leave room in front for the door to open and to load the wide rack.

Will full-size baking trays fit?
The rack is 850 x 725mm with 645mm of height, so it suits large trays and roasting pans. Check your largest items against those figures.

Does it need hot water?
Dihr rates it at the same racks per hour on 10°C water as on 55°C water.

Do you install it?
We supply the equipment only. It must be connected by a licensed electrician and a licensed plumber in your area.
