The Everlasting BCE9320 is a roll-in blast chiller and shock freezer, made in Italy, that takes a full 20 tray trolley and chills 120kg of food from 90°C to 3°C, or freezes 90kg to -18°C, by core probe or by time. It takes trolleys for 2 x 1/1 GN, 1 x 2/1 GN or 600 x 800mm trays, has a colour touch screen controller and a remote condensing unit, and is rated for 40°C ambient.
