The Fagor SB-G910I is a 90 litre gas tilting bratt pan from the Kore 900 Series, made for busy kitchens that braise, stew, sear and boil in large batches. Branched burners under a very thick pan base spread the heat evenly, and the thermostat runs from 50°C to 310°C. The pan tilts right up to vertical so it empties completely. It shares its size and 64.8 MJ/h gas rating with the SB-G910IM, and you can order it for Natural Gas or LPG at the same price.

• Gas type: choose Natural Gas or LPG when you order (same price), and make sure it matches your gas supply.
• Installation: gas appliances must be installed by a licensed gas fitter, to local regulations and under suitable ventilation or an exhaust canopy. We supply the equipment only.
• Water and power: the fill valve needs a water connection by a licensed plumber, and the unit needs a 240V, 10 A power supply.
• Access: it weighs 211 kg. Check doorways and your route inside, as delivery is by tailgate truck to the front of your premises.
