Fagor W-I905 - Kore 900 Series 400mm Induction Wok
The Fagor W-I905 is a 400mm induction wok module for the heavy-duty Kore 900 line, with a 300mm diameter, 70mm deep wok area powered at 5 kW. It suits Asian restaurants, hotels and large kitchens that want wok cooking without an open flame and with less heat in the room. Compared with the Kore 700 W-I705, it sits on the deeper 930mm chassis with a thicker 2mm stainless steel top.

- Pan detection: heating only runs while the wok is in place and stops when it is removed

Good to know before you buy:
- Power: hard-wired 415V three-phase connection, to be made by a licensed electrician. We supply the equipment only.
- Cookware: the zone only heats when it detects a suitable pan, so you will need a wok designed for induction.
- Bench or stand: it is a bench-top module. The Fagor MB-905 open stand suits 400mm Kore 900 units.
