Icematic C38-A - 38kg Under Counter Self Contained Ice Machine
The Icematic C38-A keeps the slim 400mm width of the entry-level C28 but steps output up to 38kg a day, with an 11.5kg built-in bin. It makes 20g bright cubes, a good all-round size for soft drinks, cocktails and iced coffee, which suits busy cafes, bars and restaurants. This version drains by gravity; the C38DP-A is the same machine with a drain pump.

Good to know before you buy:
- Water and drain: it needs a cold water supply and a drain lower than its 266 mm drain outlet. Both must be connected by a licensed plumber. A water filter is recommended by Icematic's Australian distributor. We supply the equipment only.
- Bench height: it stands 810 mm high on its legs, so measure the space under your bench before ordering.
- Power: standard 240V, 10 amp single-phase supply.
- Airflow: keep the air filter and vents clear. Output falls in hot rooms or with warm water.

Icematic's Australian distributor recommends one on its ice machines. Filters are not included. Ask us about a suitable filter kit.

Yes. The My Ice app connects by Wi-Fi or Bluetooth so you can check the machine, schedule production and run the sanitisation cycle.
Do you install it?
We supply the equipment only. It must be connected to water and drain by a licensed plumber in your area.
