The Norris Madison IM65 is a compact upright pot and utensil washer for restaurant and cafe kitchens that are tired of scrubbing pots and trays by hand. Its 650mm door opening and 550 x 610mm basket take large pots and trays, and simple push-button controls give you 2, 4, 6 and 12 minute cycles with automatic detergent and rinse aid. It is the smallest of the Madison pot washers at 720mm wide; the IM85 and IM1000 step up to 700 x 700mm and 1320 x 700mm baskets.

Good to know before you buy:

• Power: it needs a three-phase supply (16 A per phase) and must be connected by a licensed electrician. We supply the equipment only.
• Water and drain: it connects to hot water and drains by gravity, connected by a licensed plumber.
• Height: allow up to 2035mm for the hood to open, plus room in front for the door.
• Access: delivered by tailgate truck to the front of your premises. Check doorways and the route to your kitchen.

Common questions:

What will fit in it?
The basket is 550 x 610mm and the usable wash height is 630mm, behind a 650mm door opening, so it suits large pots, pans, trays and utensils.

Do I need the R (steam condenser) version?
The IM65R adds a steam condenser, which reduces steam and moisture, helpful where mechanical ventilation is limited. The standard IM65 is lower (1700–1760mm).

Do you install it?
We supply the equipment only. It must be connected by a licensed electrician and a licensed plumber in your area.

Warranty: 2 years parts and labour, plus 3 years on the control board and cabinet, from Norris. Norris extends this to 4 years on the whole machine when Zexa ware-washing chemicals are used consistently (proof of purchase may be required). Exclusions apply.
