Williams Under Broiler Counter HUBC20 - 4 Drawer Lowline Fridge 1962mm
A busy grill section can run a chargrill, a griddle and a salamander base on one 1962mm counter, and the Williams Under Broiler Counter HUBC20 refrigerates the lot from underneath with four drawers holding eight 1/1 GN pans. It is a self-contained unit, so it plugs into a 10 amp outlet with no drain and no condensing unit to install, and its 546mm height keeps the cooking surface low. The fibre cement heat shield in the stainless steel top is rated for 290 kg of equipment. Compared with the two-drawer HUBC7 it is the same height and depth but 662mm longer; the six-drawer HUBC6 splits a similar length into single-pan drawers.
Key features:
- Self-contained four-drawer refrigerated base for chargrills and griddles
- Each drawer takes 2 x 1/1 GN pans or 1 x 2/1 GN pan, 75mm deep, eight 1/1 pans in total (pans not included)
- Low 546mm height with a fibre cement heat shield in the worktop, rated to carry 290 kg
- Designed for 40°C kitchen environments
- Adjustable electronic controller with digital temperature display
- Forced air refrigeration with auto defrost and a waste heat recovery vaporiser, so no drain
- Heavy-duty drawer runners with reinforced nylon and stainless steel bushes
- Coved internal floor, stainless steel interior and exterior
