Williams Under Broiler Counter HUBC6 - 6 Drawer Lowline Fridge 2010mm
Six separate drawers mean six separate lines of stock, and the Williams Under Broiler Counter HUBC6 gives a long grill station exactly that: each drawer holds one 1/1 GN pan 75mm deep, so chicken, beef, fish and vegetables each get their own drawer and cross-contact is easier to avoid. At 2010mm wide but only 670mm deep and 546mm high, it is the slimmest of the Under Broiler Counters front to back. It is self-contained on a 1/3 HP compressor, plugs into a 10 amp outlet and needs no drain, with a 1.2mm 304 stainless steel worktop and heat shield rated for 280 kg of cooking equipment. The four-drawer HUBC20 is a similar length with wider, two-pan drawers.
Key features:
- Self-contained six-drawer refrigerated base for chargrills and griddles
- Six individual drawers, each taking one 1/1 GN pan 75mm deep (pans not included), with a maximum loading height of 95mm
- Low 546mm height and slim 670mm depth, with a fibre cement heat shield in the 1.2mm 304 stainless steel worktop, rated for 280 kg
- Designed for 40°C kitchen environments
- Digital controller with temperature display
- Forced air refrigeration with auto defrost and a waste heat recovery vaporiser, so no drain
- Heavy-duty drawer runners with reinforced nylon and stainless steel bushes

Good to know before you buy:
- Access: just over two metres long (2010mm), 670mm deep and 160 kg. Walk the route in before delivery day. Delivery is by tailgate truck to the front of your premises.
- Power: standard 10 amp power point, single phase. At 3.5 A running it is the hungriest of the Under Broiler range, so avoid sharing a circuit with other heavy appliances.
- Pan depth: the drawers take 75mm deep 1/1 GN pans, with 95mm of loading height. Deeper pans will not fit. Pans are not included.
- Load on top: the worktop is rated for 280 kg of cooking equipment.

- Williams HUBC5: two drawers across 1000mm, 600mm high for 100mm deep pans

Common questions:
Why six drawers instead of four?
Each drawer holds one 1/1 GN pan, so every product gets its own drawer. The four-drawer HUBC20 holds the same eight pans across fewer, wider drawers.
Does it need a drain or special wiring?
No. It is single phase on a 10 amp plug, and defrost water is evaporated by the waste heat recovery vaporiser.
Do you install it?
No installation is needed. Roll it into place and plug it in. We supply the equipment only.
