Bakers Mate BMF2 - Double Door Bakery Freezer
The Bakers Mate BMF2 is the large, double door bakery freezer in the Bakers Mate range, with 1250 litres and 16 pairs of stainless steel tray runners behind each door. It suits production bakeries, hot bread shops and patisseries that freeze dough, pastries and par-baked lines by the tray, taking 16 inch or 18 inch bakers trays or 600 x 400mm trays. It has a -18°C setpoint and is rated for kitchens up to 40°C. Pair it with the BMC2 bakery fridge, or choose the BMF1 if you only need one door.

Good to know before you buy:
- Width: NovaChill's 2026 spec list gives 1225mm wide, while its website lists the double door freezer at 1370mm. Allow for 1370mm if space is tight, or ask us to confirm.
- Access: it is 940mm deep and 1980mm tall. Delivery is by tailgate truck to the front of your premises, and standard delivery doesn't include bringing it inside, up stairs or unpacking.
- Power: plugs into a standard 10 amp power point.
- Airflow: with the cooling unit on top, keep the space above the cabinet clear and clean the condenser regularly.
