The Baron Q90PF/ED150 is a 150 litre electric boiling pan (stock pot kettle) from the heavy-duty Queen 9 range for stocks, soups, sauces, pasta and vegetables in volume. Direct heating under the pan base brings large volumes to the boil quickly.

• 150 litre AISI 304 stainless steel pan with AISI 316 base
• Hot or cold water fill via 2 solenoid valves
• 2 inch chrome-plated front drain tap
• 3 stainless steel heating elements under the pan base
• Safety thermostat
• IPX5 water-jet rated knobs, safe to wash down
• AISI 304 stainless steel construction with Scotch-Brite finish
• Part of the Baron Queen 9 (900mm deep) heavy-duty modular cooking line, so it lines up flush with other Queen 9 units
