Cooking on gas? The Baron Q90PF/G150 is a 150 litre gas boiling pan with two stainless steel burners firing directly under the pan base, at a total of 76 MJ/h. It is made for restaurants, caterers and production kitchens that boil stocks, soups, pasta and vegetables by the batch. It is the direct-heat gas model: the GI150S heats indirectly through a cavity, and the ED150 is the electric version.

Good to know before you buy:

• Gas type: choose Natural Gas or LPG from the Gas Type option when you order. Both are the same price, so pick the one that matches your gas supply.
• Installation: gas appliances must be installed by a licensed gas fitter to local regulations, under suitable ventilation or an exhaust canopy. It also needs a 230V power supply and a water connection, done by a licensed electrician and plumber. We supply the equipment only.
• Gas supply: at 76 MJ/h, ask your gas fitter to check your meter and pipework can run it alongside your other gas equipment.
• Access: it is 800mm wide and weighs 128.4 kg packed. It is delivered by tailgate truck to the front of your premises, and standard delivery doesn't include bringing it inside, up stairs or unpacking.

Natural gas or LPG?
Both. Pick Natural Gas or LPG from the Gas Type option when you order. The price is the same, and the pan is supplied to suit the gas you choose.

Does it need power as well as gas?
Yes. Along with the 3/4 inch gas connection, it needs a 230V single-phase supply (0.2 kW) and a water supply for the solenoid fill valves.

Do you install it?
We supply the equipment only. It must be connected by a licensed gas fitter in your area, with the power and water done by a licensed electrician and plumber.
