The Benchstar ESH-8DB is an electric smokehouse that also works as a dehydrator, for restaurants, butchers, delis and boutique smokehouses. It smokes with wood chips for real smoke flavour, with digital temperature control and 8 racks for meat, seafood, tofu and more.
