FED-X XPA800TN - Bakery Chiller Cabinet 737L 10 x 600 x 800mm Trays
Built for bakeries and patisseries, the FED-X XPA800TN is a single-door chiller that holds ten 600 x 800mm bakery trays, so doughs, creams and finished lines can be stored chilled without moving them off the tray. FED lists a -2°C to +5°C range with fan-forced cooling and automatic defrost, rated for rooms up to 43°C. It shares its 737 litre cabinet with the XPA800BT freezer, and draws just 295W.

Good to know before you buy:
- Access: packed, it is 2070mm tall, so check the height of doorways and any low ceilings along the way. Delivery is by tailgate truck to the front of your premises, and standard delivery doesn't include bringing it inside, up stairs or unpacking.
- Power: runs from a standard 10 A power point.
- Trays: bakery trays are not supplied with the cabinet.
- Airflow: don't block the vents, and leave space around the cabinet so it can shed heat.
