The Moduline HHT 082K is a mid-height mobile hot holding cabinet that takes 8 x 2/1 GN or 16 x 1/1 GN trays, holding up to 58 kg of cooked food at 30°C to 120°C. DeliWarm static heating, full insulation and two humidity vents keep food in good condition between the kitchen and service. At 1060mm high it sits between the low HHT 052K and the full-height HHT 162K, and it suits restaurants, clubs and caterers using 2/1 GN trays.
