The Norris FI 700 is an Australian-made pass-through dishwasher with simple electromechanical controls, built tough in Norris's Caves Beach factory for restaurants, cafes and clubs. It connects to cold water, runs a 90 second cycle with an 880 W German wash pump, and gives 450mm of usable wash height. It has the same footprint as the Norris BT700, so it fits the same space, while the FI 750 is a slightly wider version with 460mm of wash height.

Good to know before you buy:

• Power: standard connection is three phase, 20 A per phase, with an optional conversion to single phase 20 A. It must be connected by a licensed electrician. We supply the equipment only.
• Water and drain: it connects to cold water and has a drain pump, connected by a licensed plumber.
• Steam condenser: Norris lists an optional steam condenser. Ask us about it.

We supply the equipment only. It must be connected by a licensed electrician and a licensed plumber in your area.
