The Norris FI 750 is an Australian-made, electromechanical pass-through dishwasher with a large 460mm usable wash height, made in Caves Beach for busy restaurants, cafes and clubs. It connects to cold water and runs a 90 second cycle with an 880 W German wash pump. It shares its footprint with the AP750 and AP2500, so it can slot into the same bench layout, and Norris offers an optional steam condenser for sites without an extraction hood.

Good to know before you buy:

• Power: three-phase connection, 20 A per phase. It must be connected by a licensed electrician. We supply the equipment only.
• Water and drain: it connects to cold water and has a drain pump, connected by a licensed plumber.
• Steam condenser: an optional Norris steam condenser suits sites where an extraction hood isn't available. Ask us about it, and check ventilation requirements with your local council or ventilation contractor.

Common questions:

FI 750 or FI 700?
Both share the same pump, boiler and cycle. The FI 750 is 40mm wider with 460mm of wash height and a three-phase connection; the FI 700 is 595mm wide with 450mm and an optional single-phase conversion.

Can I swap it in for an old AP750?
Norris says the FI 750 has the same footprint as the AP750 and AP2500, so it can usually go into the same space without moving benches. Check your connections with your trades.

Do you install it?
We supply the equipment only. It must be connected by a licensed electrician and a licensed plumber in your area.
