The Williams Under Broiler Counter HUBC5 puts a plug-in two-drawer fridge directly under your chargrill or griddle, so the steaks and burgers are right where the cook stands. It is the tallest of the four Under Broiler Counters at 600mm, which lets each drawer take two 1/1 GN pans 100mm deep (or one 2/1 pan), and the stainless steel top has a fibre cement heat shield and carries up to 170 kg of cooking equipment. Being self-contained, it just needs a 10 amp power point, with no drain and no refrigeration mechanic. The HUBC7 is the 1300mm version with shallower drawers, and the Jarrah JL2R is the remote alternative for kitchens that want the compressor out of the cook line.

• Access: 1000mm wide, 782mm deep, 600mm high and 130 kg. Delivery is by tailgate truck to the front of your premises.
• Pans: GN pans are not included. Ask us if you need pans with your order.

Can I put a chargrill straight on top?
Yes. That is what it is built for. The worktop has a fibre cement heat shield and is rated to carry 170 kg.

Does it need a drain?
No. Defrost water is evaporated by the waste heat recovery vaporiser.

Do you install it?
There is nothing to install. It rolls into place and plugs into a standard 10 amp outlet. We supply the equipment only.
