Only 546mm high, the Williams Under Broiler Counter HUBC7 is a plug-in refrigerated base that keeps a 1300mm chargrill or griddle at a comfortable working height while storing four 1/1 GN pans of steaks, patties and marinated meat underneath. Each of its two wide drawers takes two 1/1 GN pans or one 2/1 pan, 75mm deep, and the heat-shielded stainless steel top is rated to carry 320 kg, the highest in the range. It is self-contained with auto defrost and no drain, so it only needs a 10 amp power point. The HUBC5 is 300mm narrower but taller, for 100mm pans; the HUBC20 gives you four drawers across 1962mm.

Are GN pans included?
No. Williams supplies the base without pans. Each drawer takes two 1/1 pans or one 2/1 pan, 75mm deep. Ask us about pans.

Do you install it?
No installation is needed. It rolls into position and plugs into a 10 amp outlet. We supply the equipment only.
