Atosa EPC-1011E2 - 10 Tray GN1/1 Electric Combi Oven
The Atosa EPC-1011E2 is the high-output GN1/1 combi in Atosa's range. It fits 10 x GN1/1 trays and a 136 litre chamber into the same 786 x 870mm footprint as the 5 and 7 tray models, simply standing taller at 1052mm. That makes it a strong choice for busy restaurants, clubs, hotels and production kitchens that need volume without giving up floor space. It has the same touchscreen recipes, automatic combi humidity, core probe and self-cleaning as the rest of the range, and draws up to 20.1 kW on three-phase power.
Key features:
- 10 x GN1/1 trays with 68mm spacing, in a 136 litre chamber
- Steam, convection and combi cooking from 30°C to 260°C
- Picture-based touchscreen recipes on a 10-inch HD screen
- Automatic humidity selection in combi mode
- Core probe with 4 sensing points included
- Multi-cooking timers and programs with up to 14 cooking phases
- Built-in washing programs, with degrease, rinse and descaling cycles
- HACCP records, USB recipe import and export, Wi-Fi connection

- Water and drain: needs a cold, drinking-quality water connection and a drain, fitted by a licensed plumber. Simco recommends a shut-off valve and a water softener filter.
- Height: at 1052mm tall, check the finished height if you put it on a stand. Atosa's manual advises that the top tray should not sit higher than 1.6m.
